At Cisco, I have pioneered a variety of projects. From print design - to digital, I design for the Global @WeAreCisco Employer Brand Team as we tell our employee stories. Some notable projects include: Award-Winning Augmented Reality Filters and Instagram Templates for the @WeAreCisco social channels, Cisco winning World’s Best Place to Work (2019, 2020) and celebrating those wins on Fortune 100, as well as participating in the Grace Hopper Conference (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022).

This is the year our Employer Brand team merged with the events team at Cisco. I directed photoshoots and made visions reality, transforming assets to be physically print and displayed at various events throughout the year and the country to support our team.

Award-Winning Augmented Reality Filters
Cisco employees celebrate the #LoveWhereYouWork by using the Award-Winning AR filter that I brought to life! The filter was created for Instagram and shared on the @WeAreCisco channel during the time of the #LoveWhereYouWork employee contest. It boosted talent brand Instagram Stories engagement by 3-5X average.
The first AR filter was designed to populate “I love Cisco because” at the start; a randomizer flipped through fun answers (with emojis) like “work from home,” “goofy co-workers” and “best CEO evah.” The #LoveWhereYouWork AR filter was shared more than 270 times to employee networks.
The second filter is specific to Cisco’s Grace Hopper Conference, a key recruiting event. Users could virtually “wear” Grace Hopper’s glasses while showing their attachment to Cisco with the organic branding incorporated in the design.

Because 2020 was a unique year, Grace Hopper turned virtual. This year I created virtual 5k race assets to get participants excited about Grace Hopper. Assets include a T-Shirt, Award Medal, Racing Bib and a Digital Banner. I also created an Instagram Filter to activate the campaign and celebrate Grace Hopper on social media.
2019
Retractable Banner celebrating Cisco winning Fortune’s World’s Best Workplace in 2019. Directed the photoshoot with the employees in the banner, as well as designed the banner for print to be displayed at Grace Hopper, as well as our Cisco offices across the world.
